I inherited a building which had some…problems. Oh, and I live out-of-state. John and his team went over and above at every level. From squatter evictions, to a ‘difficult’ tenant, to many minor and one major building repair, to dispersing payments locally for all of it… these all were handled without a single complaint. In fact, they could not even begin to market the building for the first four or five months until all was taken care of. Throughout the whole ordeal, John and his team kept me up to date and were always 100% professional. In the end, the building sold for more than I anticipated. Unless you have a brother-in-law in the business, don’t risk it! Renfrow Realty is the best!
