After learning that building our new home on-site was going to cost at least $600/sq foot, our good friends suggested working with KC and Caytte, owners of Kopper Creek Building. Based on their recommendation we moved forward, finding them and their entire staff incredibly professional, supportive and very easy to work with on just a large and personal project. On top of that, we had such a great experience working with their whole team...KC, Cayttie, and Tracy. They listened, worked with us, and were all of high character. The invoice you are referring to was for something that was included in the price of the home? I have never heard of any builder not including carpeting with the cost of materials. Is that some sort of Kooper Creek “standard,” we charge per stair on the staircase? $1,100 for builder grade carpet is exuberant, unless you are laying Persian carpets. Let’s talk about response time…. I guess we should have went to the review channels or the news outlets FIRST. Finally, a timely response! Have the day you deserve!

Nice to work with until they get your money. Then there is no communication very hard to get a hold of they just want to send cheap labor to try to button up your house so they can be do e with you. They will do the absolute minimum. Didnot even bother to clean up ANYTHING. They are supposed to come back after your house sits for a year to fix drywall and everthing else but they wiil mot contact. I guess you have to write a review in ordee for someone to get back in touch with you in my contract it said the lower level would be complete. What about the material in the eves that was never completed or the cualking throughout the whole house? No owner/management ever came to the house for inspection. They were there when the house was set and that was it! The outstanding invioce is for so
