The apartments themselves are not bad and the grounds are very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the management completely overshadowed the positives. In my experience, the managers Kashina and Candice were very unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. Their communication felt cold and dismissive, and responses were often slow or unhelpful. ⚠️ I strongly do not recommend living on the first floor. The upstairs apartments have very old wooden floors, and the noise above our bedroom was extremely loud and constant. The floor creaked heavily at all hours. When I brought this issue to management, I was told that this level of noise was “normal” and within acceptable limits. No solutions or alternatives were offered. Athena & Candice & Kashina are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Athena was the first person I met at ReNew West and she was great. She literally worked past 6pm to give me all the information I would need to apply and show me a few different units. Candice is very sweet as well! She would work with me if Athena was out. The site manager Kashina was wonderful and very very personable. They all have very prompt communication and I never have been so excited to be apart of a community like here at ReNew. If you are looking for a new place to call home THIS is it. Everything from a gas stations, banks, gym, restaurants and grocery store is literally across the street making it very accessible. Thank you for all that you did! Maintenance also is a great team, I had one small issue and they came and fixed it

A year ago, I moved out of this property, and that is also how long I have been waiting for my security deposit to be returned to my bank account. I left the apartment in perfect condition. However, it is important to note that if you choose to live at this property, you should expect to wait more than three weeks for management to respond to a maintenance request. In my case, I had to wait an entire month for the microwave oven to be replaced. Additionally, the landscaping crew broke the window of my apartment, and we had to wait nearly two months for it to be replaced. The customer service provided by the management staff is terrible. They are neither courteous nor timely in their responses. You are treated well only when they know you are looking for a place to live; once you are appro

Candace gave us a tour for a 2 bedroom and it was amazing!! She’s very sweet, nice, patient and awesome at explaining everything that we needed to know. She is very knowledgeable and has great energy! Amazing experience!

This place is nothing special but I noticed a “5 star” review from Kashina Moore on google. She is the property manager so nice to know that reviews are being made by the leasing staff of the property. I wouldn’t trust any 5 star review on google to be real knowing this. As far as the property goes they constantly send emails threatening all tenants to take action over lease violations but from what I see nothing ever changes or gets done. The only thing they seem to be good at is closing early for holidays or whatever other excuse can come up with that day. The maintenance team is the only redeeming thing about this property and they are always responsive to any request you make.
