The Assistant Community Manager, was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire process effortless. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with an in-unit washer and dryer that checked a major box on my list. I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I truly appreciate Samuel’s support and attention to detail, and I’m so excited to call this place my new home.

Ever since the new management has been here, we’ve been counting down the days til our lease ends. Communication is terrible with the office. When I’ve had issues with the apartment, they either don’t come or they come with a “temporary” fix rather than trying to actually address the issue. Parking is terrible. Raising the rent to ridiculous prices just because they painted the hallways and put a bike rack. And don’t even get me started on how they handled this winter storm. The attempt at snow removal made it so unsafe for residents. The residents were the ones shoveling and digging each other out with people still getting stuck in the snow the next few days later. Property was great as silver tree not so much as renew. Would not recommend this property.

I genuinely tried to give the new management a fair chance, but my experience has been deeply frustrating. To start, they claimed to have “lost” our lease renewal agreement that was completed with the previous management. They attempted to charge us over $3,000 seemingly hoping we wouldn’t be able to provide documentation. While I didn’t have immediate access to my copy, the previous management was able to send it within an hour. So why couldn’t the new team locate it? We’ve also received frequent unit entry notices, almost weekly at one point, which has made it difficult to feel at home in our own space. One visit was scheduled as a vague two-day window (9am–5pm each day), and no one even showed up. We ended up reorganizing multiple days of our lives for less than an hour of work. Most

Had a very bad experience with the new management. They came in and tried to raise our rent 1000 dollars with 2 days notice. We had to go to the town to fight it. I do not think the apartments are worth this new increased rent. The laundry machines are always dirty and broken. The pool is ungarded and unlocked and my family friend saved someone from drowning recently in it.

Sam did a fantastic job showing us a unit. Very pleased with his clear communication, punctuality, and overall experience!
