ReNew Summit

I have been here for around a year now, so I just wanted to give my thoughts. I have no issues with the unit or the surrounding area. My unit (1 bd) is fairly spacious, and the appliances are decent. The maintenance team is quick if there is an issue and it’s nice and quiet for the most part. The amenities are good; the gym has the essentials (free weights, rowing machine, treadmill, elliptical, and resistance machine), there is also a pool (haven’t used it). Your neighbors can be hit or miss, but that is all apartment complexes. Fortunately for me, my neighbors are respectful when it comes to noise.

We love living here, my little family is so welcome by staff and it’s all around a great community. Mark has been great we love him so much

Disgusting place to live. Neighbors are ghetto. They Painted over trash. Gap in door. Constant issues without neighbors and things constantly breaking. Never had peace as there is constant neighbors fighting.This was a “newly renovated apartment” issues were so bad we were allowed to break our lease but still charged for utilities for months we were not there. Dirty and no parking. Management is incompetent and unprofessional. Neighbors are disrespectful and tacky. Also they don’t respond to their “please message us at renew summit” APPLY ELSEWHERE

Big shout out to team member Alyce and Mark. They both were very approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient since our initial phone call all to our tour visit. Alyce was very friendly and inviting over the phone. Mark was very punctual to our appointment. Thanks to the team for making our experience one of the best experiences while touring different apartments complex. Definitely an asset to have on your team.

Unfortunately, lately I’ve been disappointed. My husband and I are disabled veterans, we should be able to live in peace and feel safe. Rules don’t apply to everyone. Most people who have been living here longer do whatever they want, including the man who lives upstairs from us. We thought there were various people who live upstairs. It’s just one man who makes a lot of noise and has various people in and out all day. A new parking permit service began this year but doesn’t even apply to everyone or all parking. When I’ve complained about noise I was told that’s how it is in an apartment. They need to enforce all dogs to be on a leash. There have been too many incidents where dogs are running around. I am now looking into other places to move.
