Alpine Woods Apartments

I love living here. Marne is a wonder manager and so helpful every time I need her she is so available and Arturo can fix anything hahaha the best dang handiman ever this apartment complex is safe clean and I’ll tel ya the truth my dog and I feel safe there we love it

I love Alpine and I love living at Alpine Woods. The managers are great and so are the neighbors close by my apartment who I interacted with on a daily basis. The maintenance crew are just as amazing. We have been living here since 2014 and only had a couple minor incidents with two neighbors that was resolved in no time. I knew Alpine Woods was the right place for me the moment we stepped into the office. We love our apartment. It’s peaceful here and our neighbors are a blessing. I would highly recommend Alpine Woods Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Property management tries their best to not answer any questions and make themselves unavailable for viewing. Leasing agents have absolutely no clue what they are talking about, or how to show you around. They hide/lie about their information and numbers. When corrected about information given, they contradict what they have previously said. They didn't answer ANY of our questions with solid answers (they were all estimated, or they literally didn't know). I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere; we have already found three other places that are way more affordable prices, with way better amenities, and they haven't lied to us about anything. If you want to talk to sleazy sales people and sign onto a BS lease, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking anywhere else. #sinkingsh

My roommates and I have been viewing several apartments all throughout east county and this was by far the worst experience. The leasing staff appears to pride themselves on their level of ignorance and unprofessionalism. Everyone you talk to gives you a different range of pricing, in regards to units as well as amenities and utilities. When you point out their contradictions, they are quick to laugh and shrug it off. Do not expect to get a solid answer from anyone, regarding anything. They do their very best to apply pressure sales tactics. However, anyone with half a brain can see right through the charade. To anyone looking for a place to call home, I strongly recommend looking anywhere else.

We enjoy our home and the amenities at Alpine Woods very much. We have had a handful of concerns over this last year and most have been dealt with by the wonderful on-site teams. They are very caring and easy to work with. Although we are happy with the folks who are on-site management, some needs have not been met or have been pushed out, seemingly not a priority by upper mngt. I believe that is in part due to the cutting back of staff (which occurred a year ago). But the sense is that we have lost priority status. And this after a substantial rent increase. Altho they have been good at trying to get various parts, and the handymen out to us, I can tell that upper management have not made some things a priority, mainly the pool. We moved here, and are paying for, our home w/pool in la
