Never have had such a smoother apartment process before . Shay the assistant manager helped us out and let me tell you , it was one of the best experiences I have encountered. She was very communicative, persistent , friendly and helpful. She was so efficient with the whole process and made everything seem easy, wasn’t stressful at all. She’s so amazing , any questions or concerns I had she always answered. Very much appreciated! I had to leave her a review!

The particular building that I live in has been WITHOUT WATER FOR OVER 19 HOURS!!! This is some third-world living! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Their excuse is always “ water has been shut-off for repairs” then management goes to their homes with running water and return the next business day. This is not what we pay for. This is NOT OKAY. Now watch how this review will receive a cookie cutter response trying to “show they care” so people reading actual reviews will have the impression that the leasing office cares. Trust me, they don’t care about tenants living situation.

I was lost on this property and had an employee stop and asked if i needed help. I think her name was Jasmine. She was very kind and knowledgeable about this property. The staff seems to be helpful here! She recommended I call with further questions and speak to any of the staff members.. I just can’t remember all the names. This place definitely has great vibes! thank you !

I've lived here for about 2 years, I recently moved out and this place is just ridiculous. Our rent was almost getting to 3200 each month, there were a lot of issues with the apartment when we first moved in. One of the bathrooms had this smell of urine that never went away no matter how much we have cleaned. I gave out my 30 day notice, they charged me for the 2 days of the new month (I understand it's justified) but we have cleaned the apartment, spotless (my mom used to be a professional cleaner for a big company before) so I was confident there was nothing else to be cleaned yet, I was billed with a cleaning service. They took our deposit. There was A LOT of water shut off that was not compensated. They tell you it doesn't matter how much water you use, they already calculate with how

I walked in unannounced on chance that I would get to view the available apartments. I was greeted by Shay, and she was able to assist me with a viewing and understood my situation and needs. Very open units, and great communication. Parking may be an issue due to having kids in college coming and going, otherwise this would be a great option!
