Today I had the opportunity of Touring one of the three bedroom apartments. Nerruis Who showed us the apartment? She was nothing short of amazing. She made sure to explain the rental property and the way they do things why showing us The layout of the apartment. She is amazing leasing agent and I would love to rent under her.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Renew Otter Creek. Veronica was really sweet and Nerissa went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I had a very specific time frame I was working with and she stayed after hours to help me.

Apartment searching can be a hassle, but thankfully Nerissa Utsey, the leasing manager, was amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt comfortable and well-informed during the tour. Overall, a really positive experience.

went in today to inquire about an apartment for my daughter and Miss Utsey the leasing manager Nerissa Utsey!!!! was awesome. She was thorough very knowledgeable and nice and she most definitely is a person to work with. She’s great.!
