I would strongly advise against moving here. Communication from management is poor, and serious maintenance issues are handled inadequately. While the on-site maintenance staff, especially Efraen, are professional and do their best, management’s lack of accountability and responsiveness ultimately undermines their efforts and negatively impacts residents. My unit was without running water for 11 days. Despite multiple requests, a licensed plumber did not come out until day 12. Throughout this entire time, management still expects us to pay full rent and simply wait it out. Nothing meaningful happened until I personally contacted the town inspector, which finally prompted action. Management offered a temporary unit for shower use, but the shower in that unit was also broken, and the apart

I moved into Renew Apartment Complex in New Providence just a few months ago and it has been a complete nightmare. From the start, there have been constant plumbing issues, to the point where we have gone WEEKS without running water. Weeks. No showers, no toilet, no basic human necessities. The leasing office has been completely useless and unresponsive. Maintenance requests either go ignored or are met with empty promises and no real solutions. Despite the apartment being borderline unlivable, they still expect rent to be paid on time, with zero accountability on their end. Living without water for extended periods is unacceptable and unsafe. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic concern for residents shows just how poorly this property is managed. It’s clear they care more abou

Ever since ReNew management purchased this property, it has been HORRIBLE. Despite paying a $500 yearly fee to access amenities, they have been closed for MONTHS with no compensation or credit for residents who rely on these amenities for the gym, computers, printer, and pools. The opening date has been pushed back, with no notice to residents. The staff at the leasing office are rude and condescending in their emails when I try to inquire why we are being forced to pay for amenities we are banned from accessing for months at a time, with just a couple days notice. Rent has skyrocketed by $250 (over the previous 3 years under past ownership, rent only increased by ~$30 a year). This makes our 500 square foot apartment well over $2,000 a month, which is NOT worth it. Sure the amenities loo

They truly deserve more than five stars! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time. I called in the morning hoping to schedule a same-day tour, and even though they had a meeting, they still made time to meet with me. I instantly fell in love with the place — it was spotless, peaceful, and just what I was looking for. I submitted my application that same morning, and they completed the background check and everything else within the day. They answered my calls (probably more than 10 times!) and guided me through every step. Penny went above and beyond , she was amazing, and the whole team was incredibly helpful. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and efficiency!

A little background for context: when I first moved in, the property was under previous management. A few months later I unfortunately lost my job and struggled financially for a period of time. During that time, the previous management was extremely understanding and communicated with me every step of the way. Even when I had to go to court regarding rent, Donna and the team were transparent and helpful throughout the process. Since then, I have worked very hard to get back on track financially. I knew my lease was expiring on 1/24, and after finally getting to a point where I could consistently pay rent and avoid court etc. I made sure to sign my lease renewal about a month in advance so I wouldn’t be forced into paying month-to-month or back in a financial hole. Unfortunately, things
