Toured Woodhaven with Evan, loved the space available (longer rooms, so felt less boxed in) and indoor heated pool year round as well as very affordable underground parking. Evan helped me thru the whole process. And was very patient with me thru email and over the phone and was concise and clear about all my pricing options, while not feeling just like a salesmen. If you are looking for studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments near a lot of casual shopping options, great quick bites and a great local asian bakery, definitly call and ask for Evan for a tour.

Quick service My work order was done the same day. The sink was gradually getting stopped up, the water went down slow now it goes down fast like it’s supposed to and maintenance. Also fix the bathroom ceiling vent fan it would run for a little bit and the fan cut off making a humming noise but now I have a new ceiling vent fan my mirror doesn’t get foggy anymore. There’s no humidity in the bathroom. He did a good job and I thank you maintenance for all what you do.

Moved in almost a week ago had a smooth move in, building seems quite so far :) I have yet to see what snow removal looks like but parking is very limited as it is, I don't expect it to be a good experience. Guest parking is on 61st and almost always full. Aside from the parking situation I am happy so far with the building, and it's amenities. There are package lockers but it doesn't look like amazon always uses them. Although it is possible they were full.

My husband is from MN and he's moving back home and I'm tagging along. And we were in need of housing. Brandon, the wonderful and enchanting manager at Wood Haven took us on a tour. The building and amenities were very inviting. We really considered this complex but my husband wanted to be in downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis. We found our for now, home but if something happened we would definitely rent with Wood Haven.

Had a terrible time touring the apartment complex. I couldn’t get in any of the amenities. The person from the leasing office was no help. All he could do was write down saying that I could not get in the pool and gym and will talk to someone about it. I never heard back from the complex. He said that it’s past my time. The person didn’t even show me how to get in or even help me. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go do a tour with them at all. It was a waste of my time even going there.
