I love living here. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I have never had an issue with bugs, and when I leave for work early in the morning, I always see Tyler out making sure the grounds are clean and well-kept. I’m grateful to live in a property where the staff truly cares about its appearance and cleanliness.

I've been a resident here for 6 months and so far my experience has been great. What really drew me to the townhomes is the location. They are a hidden gem. I still get the city living but they are tucked away and quiet. The staff here makes the experience even better. My power went out after a terrible storm, but once power was restored, my refrigerator still was not working. I called the after-hours line, and they sent Tyler out. He helped me reset the breaker, and my fridge was back working within seconds. I explained to him that this was my first apartment, and he was understanding and explained that sometimes appliances need a breaker reset after outages. I felt ridiculous for having to call him out for something so simple, but I really appreciate that he did not judge me or make me f

First off all I will say that one of the best things abt this place is the location. It’s near lots of things but still kind of tucked away which is nice. Animals. Dog poop legit everywhere. If you are walking outside you should always keep your head down or else you will step on it. There isn’t much grass so dogs just poop and the road, on the steps, wherever. It seems no one is really regulating that it all. There are sometimes emails sent to residents saying to pick it up but that seems to not matter because the issue is not going to be fixed. Gym. The gym is laughable. It’s small, tight, and lacks equipment. There are never any wipes and for some reason they still have not replaced the broken water machine. Also for some reason there isn’t a bathroom in the gym area so if you have to

This apartment complex feels like home because of the staff. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is professional and approachable. I had an issue to arise after hours on the weekend and Tyler from maintenance come out late without hesitation. That kind of reliability matters.

William Spearman is a great property manager along with his assistant, he’s extraordinary and he works with the tenants with a positive attitude, With this type of customer service it make one want to stay with renew midtown.
