I’m back !!!! I’ve been a resident here for five years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When it was time for renewal, management encouraged me to sign a new lease under the impression that long-standing maintenance issues would finally be addressed. Trusting that commitment, I signed. Immediately afterward, I was rushed and pressured to complete repairs within an extremely short timeframe. Soon after, I learned the property was being sold to yet another management company. It felt misleading — as though the urgency to sign and “fix” items was tied more to the transition of ownership than to genuinely resolving resident concerns. Shout out to our maintenance team Kossivi and Stacey. They are always prompt, on point and professional when requested. Our front office staff Chekila and Kiaran are so welcoming, professional, helpful and amazing. This is the spirit you want to experience as soon as you walk in the office , the time you stay in the office and when you leave the office. My family and I are so grateful to continue to call Renew Marietta our home. !!!!!!Cheers to another year!!!!!!! Lastly, thankyou Renew Marietta staff for being such a phenomenal team. I have lived in this complex for over 7 years, and unfortunately the quality of management and maintenance has declined while prices continue to increase. Recently, utility charges went up without any prior notification, which is frustrating and feels unfair to long-term residents. Additionally, the trash area has become a recurring issue — every weekend there is trash left outside the designated area. This was never a problem before and has significantly affected cleanliness and overall living conditions. Throughout my seven years here, my apartment has never been remodeled or upgraded, yet costs continue to rise with no visible improvements to the unit or common areas. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while bc I believe in acknowledging good people when I see them. A few weeks ago, I was visiting a friend and got the opportunity to meet your maintenance technician, Stacy and man! what a smart guy . I mean he was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the unit. He even shared helpful tips that are useful for anyone renting an apartment. That kind of patience and positive energy isn’t something you see every day. I meant to leave a review but forgot. This week, I was back that way. I’m sitting in my car and see Stacy again picking up trash around the way and he ended up helping someone who had fallen, all without hesitation. Chekila, Kiarah, Stacey and Kossivi are awesome! Anytime I had a concern or needed assistance they were on it. I MUST SAY, Chekila is a gem, she is só patient and helpful through the language barrier. Our stay was short but well remembered!!! Thanks Renew Marietta!!!
