It is a really good neighborhood and house. However the landlords never respond to your calls and when they do they often hang up on you saying they’ll call back, but never do. We have been in this apartment for about 3 months asking for our storage room and mailbox key and still haven’t gotten it.

They aren't too bad for the price, and the neighborhood is close to shopping and has great views. Normal maintenance tickets are usually handled in a month, and emergency tickets are handled quickly thankfully. But getting a hold of landlords office is the real challenge. When you can, there are great, but it can really be frustrating when you cant.

We have loved our experience here. Newly renovated and clean unit, friendly staff and managers, and quiet area. It takes a minute to hear back from them via email, but every time we called them, they answered immediately or called us back if they missed our call and were readily able to answer our questions! We love how close we are to stores, shops, and restaurants, as well as the online portal to pay rent and utilities. Thank you ReNew!

Well I put a work order in almost a week ago and they finally showed up and fixed the toilet leak. But my tub that would not drain I had to go buy my own equipment to unclog the tub and my light above stove was not fixed like I asked in a work order also.
