⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with a leasing office staff member. I applied for a specific apartment and made it very clear that this was the only unit I was interested in. However, instead of respecting my choice, the leasing agent repeatedly tried to push me into a different apartment that I did not want, calling and emailing me multiple times in a very pushy and unprofessional manner. I visited the property again and saw that the apartment I applied for was listed as available on January 24, and the community was advertising a promotion valid through January 31. Michelle provided excellent customer service — always attentive, kind, and professional. She handled every situation with confidence and care, showing true dedication to her work. It’s clear that Michelle has incredible potential and is capable of achieving so much more. With her positive attitude and strong work ethic, there’s no doubt she’ll continue to go far.

Do not move here. My building is infested with large rodents in the ceiling and walls. I’ve been trying to get management to deal witb it for MONTHS. It’s absolutely disgusting. My dog barks and runs around the apartment all night long.

Very nice place, most of it thanks to the property manager. Michelle is always willing to help and provides excellent service. Once, she even helped me with my shopping when I was carrying a lot of bags. Very attentive.
