From what I’ve gathered, you don’t want to live here. They are in the middle of transitioning to a new management group. They aren’t proactive about issues but rather reactive. They don’t actually offer after hours maintenance. Definitely not worth the money.

Cons: -Pests (you pay for pest control monthly but have to request they actually come to your apartment) -Random fees- since living here for one year they have added two fees to your base rent, without warning or any explanation. -Poor communication. Takes several emails and phone calls for work orders to be noted and took one month to provide a correctly spelled lease agreement. They are always last minute to communicate planned construction and will have you pay to tow your own car if not moved within a couple hours notice. -Safety. Neighbor’s car window was smashed for attempted Kia robbery, a suicide on-site, and weekly visits from police/EMS for constant crimes. -New property manager is extremely rude and lazy. Officially have spent my first week living here and couldn’t be more pleased. Tracy in the office is so kind and welcoming. The property is clean, the neighbors are great. Definitely happy with my selection to move here.

Since the transition, there has been a noticeable and refreshing change in how things are handled. In the past, many maintenance issues were either brushed aside with vague promises or met with excuses about why they couldn’t be fixed. It often felt like my concerns weren’t being heard or taken seriously. But the new team has come in with genuine care, professionalism, and a clear commitment to making things right. They’ve taken the time to understand the history of unresolved issues and, instead of shifting blame, they've stepped up with empathy and diligence.
