ELME MARIETTA IS A COMPLETE DUMP Elme Marietta is an absolute disaster of an apartment complex and should honestly be embarrassed to take people’s money. I could not even live in my apartment for the first week after moving in because the water heater AND AC were completely broken. That alone should tell you how little this place cares about basic habitability. When I went to change the air filter, the vent was packed with dirt and debris, and the filter had been jammed in backwards. Clearly, no one cleaned, inspected, or cared before handing over the unit. The maintenance team is dangerously incompetent. They shut off the breaker to my refrigerator by mistake, and when I came home from work, every single item in my fridge was spoiled and had to be thrown away. Maintenance admitted it w

Since July pool and gym is only open at office times, they are hiring security because apparently unauthorized people was getting in. Since July. Only open until 6pm, if they thought for just a second they’d realize that nobody is at home at these times because WE GOT WORK! Today i went to use the barbecue which is inside the pool area and was still closed. Many requests for the ac that doesn’t work right, some other stuff that they never fixed at the apartment. If you looking into renting an apartment here, I would suggest that you look somewhere else. We pay for these facilities and can’t use them and as far as i see they won’t be fixing it. Bad experience so far, waiting for the contract to be over to get out of here.

Valencia Jenkins helped me look for a place, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Don't rent an apartment in this place, we are very well treated until we move to this condominium, after that it's just disappointment. They never solve our problem, I paid the deposit in the amount of a rent and when the contract expired I moved out of the apartment, it's been two months and until today they haven't returned the check with the amount of the deposit. Not to mention that they are not willing to solve it, they are always throwing service from one employee to another. Telling them that a check would be made for the amount of the deposit and sent to my current address, they lied once again. Anyway, to avoid this inconvenience, I recommend you not to rent an apartment in this condominium

I have been a resident here for over 3 years. By far Valencia and Ketrict have by dar been the best leasing agents we've had. If one of them left I would be completely lost. I love it here they pay attention to my needs.
