Visitor of the best western antlers in Glenwood springs. This place is disgusting and in disrepair and it’s clear after reading in depth google reviews and spending two days here that the management group here simply doesn’t care and will not allocate enough resources to keep this hotel in repair and up to date. For how much we paid nightly, you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging this much. We should be paying motel prices because most motels are cleaner than this.

We love Renascent! Not only is the team attentive to every need but they also have a sincer heart when it comes to manageing our property. We want to appreciate specific team members; Scott the President of Renascent, he treats you like a human and always gives you his undivided attention when you are speaking to him. We LOVE Scott! Tony Loos; The heart of Renascent, we LOVE and appreciate Tony with all his hard work and dedication to all three of our CO properties! Zach & Mark are always so eager to assist with whatever we need and the wisdom they have is so helpful! Hillary & Robyn go above and beyond to help with Accounting & HR needs, Hannah & Amanda, we LOVE you ladies and all your hard work on booking our Group Sales! Thank you to the rest of Renascent!

I have stayed at a number hotels managed by Renascent over the years and have always been impressed with their professional service, quality accommodations, and upkeep.
