Renaissance Villa

Renaissance is is a nice, quiet, gated community where the neighbors are nice and mind their own business. The new management has really cleaned the property up, making sure the tenants are comfortable and the area is nice and clean. I would definitely recommend the property to others looking for a decent place to live.

I moved here during the management change & since then I talked with the new property manager & she has been a big help since then !! She a very nice person, she does a great job & when you have any problems within you home she will try her best to get it fixed immediately!! I've been staying here 2 months & I feel at peace & safe !!

The property manager Ms Lisa, when I call she answers, no matter what situation I may have she takes care of it. Since she been here the yards stays cut and dumpsters stays emptied. She's very friendly

I have been living here since 2009, and we have went through about 4 lazy property managers since. I am so thankful that this new manager came in and finally laid the smack down on all things that were wrong over here. Not only is her relationship with us as the residents a professional one, but she has made our safety here top priority and I am sooo grateful. She communicates really well too, whether face to face or by phone. Mrs. Shaun came in here and did a clean sweep of allllll the problematic people that were making being a resident stressful. I would give her more stars if I could. I hope her superiors see this because man, she is doing the work.

Ms Lesa is one of the best leasing agents we have had . She always attend to her tenants needs .
