Renaissance At North Park

Lived here for 9 months now and it is wonderful, very nice front desk ladies especially Holly. The outside yard patio is my favorite for my fur baby! I've had no issues with maintenance they are efficient and fast to get to your needs! No complaints here!

I truly enjoyed my time at Renaissance. As an incoming student, from the very first day I met the front desk ladies Hali, Holly & Whitney to moving out, they have always been so kind, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious - including a walk-in closet. The complex is also very quiet and was overall a very nice place to live at. Maintenance was very fast to complete work orders, and I also enjoyed the fact that it was less than a 10 minute drive from campus. There were a few issues throughout the year with the gate not working or being kept opened during the night. Also my code wasn’t working to allow my guests to enter at all during my stay here. And as others have also mentioned, I was surprised by the carpet cleaning fee despite leaving my carpet and entire apa

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and it has been a great experience. The place is well-maintained and secure—being gated was something I was looking for in a complex. This community feels safe, comfortable, and well-managed. Both the front office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. The amenities are great. The pool is well-kept and spacious. The gym is clean and has everything I need for a good workout, and it's just a short walk away from my apartment. Another huge plus is the park right across the street.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience with the Application Process! I can’t say enough great things about the team at Renaissance at North Park! From the very beginning, the application process was incredibly smooth, clear, and stress-free. Hali was super friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions we had along the way. She communicated everything thoroughly and she was quick to follow up with updates, which made us feel confident and excited about our move. All of the paperwork and steps were easy to complete, and we really appreciated how organized and professional the whole experience was. It’s clear that they truly care about their future residents, and we already feel so welcomed.

Overall I had a decent experience. Finding my apartment was difficult on move in day since no one showed me where it was located. I had several issues with the air conditioner. One of the staff at the front desk is very rude. Be wary of some of the reviews as the apartment complex incentivizes residents to write 5 stars reviews for them.
