We couldn't say enough good things about Remington Homes. We had the opportunity to work with them from selecting the lot to choosing the floor plans we wanted, all the way to the completion of the house. We had so many questions, and they answered every single one. From the beginning, throughout the construction process, and even after we closed. We knew from the beginning this was a spec home. Remington Home has a sister company, Aspen Building, that offers even more customization for your home. We love how we were limited but not restricted in our interior and exterior selection. We didn't have to go to a bunch of stores and try to pick our flooring, paint, and cabinets. They have plenty of options for you to choose from, making it different from other homes and allowing you to make it

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Remington Homes. It was our first time building and buying a home, so it was very important to us that we had good people to guide us through the process. Bob, Mitch, Rachel, and the Remington team lived up to that task (and more). After Bob met with us to discuss the various floor plans, Rachel walked us through the available choices for siding, flooring, paint color, etc., and offered as much/little advice as we wanted (which was a lot). What's more, they were accommodating to other requests—within reason, of course—to help us end up with the house we envisioned. Working with Remington/Aspen to build our home was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Rachel was an amazing contact person for all the interior/exterior selections and anything else we needed along the way! Everyone from electric, to dirt work, to plumbing, to closing/warranty meeting, to all the subcontractors we worked with were fantastic. Thank you, Remington! We’d recommend you to anyone!

Working with their entire team was a pleasure. The Remington/Aspen team was excellent during the whole process, even when I was being a tad critical. They accommodated every request and every member of their team was beyond great. I LOVE my new home! I will update with pictures once I’m fully unpacked!

Can’t even believe all the problems we’ve had and others that have had with this company. I know 5 different people that have built with Remington and none of them have a good experience. Terrible quality. Things started falling about with in days literally. And never fixed no matter how many times we called. Would NEVER recommend or will ever buy from them again. Terrible. Just terrible
