If 0 stars were an option that would be the correct answer. I lived there for a year, it was my first apartment and nothing about it was good, Within the first month i was noticing mold on everything I owned from couches to shoes. When I contacted then to come look because it was clearly painted over on the walls they said “ It’s inevitable we like in Upstate New York”. This led to me constantly being sick because of it. Maintenance was horrible, parking lots were rarely plowed or salted leading to not being able to leave for early morning shifts. After leaving this complex I quickly realized how tenants should be treated and that the mold isn’t inevitable, they just didn’t care.

Moved into the apartment in mid august and have had nothing but a positive experience. Booked a very quick tour with the property manager named Keith and he was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about the property and the local neighborhood. Talked to a lovely lady named Jhasz who answered all of many questions about the lease, one of the most patient and helpful service person I have ever talked to. Had a small maintenance request upon moving in and it was very quickly taken care of by Shawn. Overall a very nice atmosphere and given immediate help when calling.

Great deal for SU students and young professionals and families! The area is not noisy as another reviewer has posted. If you know Syracuse, it is a nicer area very close to access on highways and SU campus. Anyone speaking badly about the management team, likely was not on good terms with their lease. Coming from a tenant that actually pays their rent- I have never experienced anything but positive, professional interactions with the office manager. She is always smiling and happy to help whenever there is an issue. Some people don't like the phone calls that ask them when they plan on catching up with their rent due. I myself, was in the office once to witness this. All in all - this complex is great! Majority of the tenants are all wonderful and welcoming.

If you're considering staying this region, just pass the Nob Hill and pick this place straight ahead. A complex with affordable prices, competent, friendly managements, and frequently renovated units like this is an absolute rare find. Signed a 1 bedroom unit in their "IKON" building; the layout makes the seemingly compact unit extremely spacious and modern. Kitchen accompanied with a bar stand made cooking and serving a joy. The experience with the management has also been exceptional. The leasing agent has been constantly kept in touch with me during the signing of the lease, solving and answering all my issues concerns with great patience and attitudes; the entire unit has been thoroughly cleaned at the time I moved in, they do take their tenants very seriously.

Management was great when I first moved in back in 2023. Now? Absolutely terrible. They steal your money. After moving out in 2025, I spent months in contact with them about my security deposit, and they kept assuring me it would be returned. Then, the second I followed up again, they completely ghosted me. They also take from your deposit for normal wear and tear and even charge you for cleaning to prepare the apartment for the next tenants. Legal action is already in motion. Oh, and don’t trust most of these reviews—they’re fake. Be prepared to have your money stolen, and maybe even your belongings, since car break-ins are a regular thing here.
