Remington Apartments

While we didn't plan on being here 8 years , we have been. So that says something. There's sometimes the occasional fly from leaving the door open but kitchen counter bugs there may have been 4-5 in 8 years. The apartments spray every other month and we don't leave food out and we're clean. There's a great maintenance team that we've only had to call 3 times in 8 years. Twice for a blower fuse and once the toilet kept running. Easy fix. That says something. Convenient shopping and access to the highway. I also believe you can do month to month Internet. Oh, and by the way, one year we had a lot of snow and Victoria called someone to clear the parking lot with bobcats so tenants could get to work. No matter where you live there can be issues but our experience has been pleasant here. If it

The spacious living room with large windows floods the space with natural light, and the updated kitchen features sleek appliances and ample counter space. The building is well-maintained, the staff is incredibly responsive to any concerns!

I know somebody that lives here and is waiting until his lease is up cause they don't fix nothing and no matter how much they clean, they can't get rid of the extreme roach infestation. They do very little to get this problem under control.

If I could give no stars I would. The management here is horrible. She is very selfish and gives the vibe that she hates her tenants which you’ll see for yourself if you live here and read the public emails she sends out to all tenants. They’re very threatening and condescending, however no words of encouragement or condolences for the child that almost died in the pool last summer or for the tenants hit by the tornado last May? The damage was bad enough to make the news on KOCO but she doesnt care... Oh and here’s photos of the laundry room, most machines don’t dont work and those that do are filthy 😤

On my scheduled walkthrough the staff was real nice, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Nice properties all around
