We lived here for two years. I will say the apartment complex is cute, but there is absolutely no space. The floor plan is very basic and straightforward, and it feels more suitable for young beginners or single renters. There is very little storage — no pantry cabinet and limited closet space — which made it difficult to stay organized. For the price, there are definitely better apartment options with more space and functionality. Another issue was the insurance fee. Even when you provide your own renter’s insurance policy, they still charge their insurance fee. You have to contact the office and wait for them to remove it, which can be frustrating and time-consuming. The walls/roof are not noise cancellation proof either. When I say this was the SMOOTHEST transition into a beautiful home, I mean just that! I’m so grateful for Kristal Patterson she made sure that everything was perfect. The communication she showed me during this entire process was second to none. Often times new homes are hard to go smoothly but she exceeded my expectations. She made sure I felt comfortable and knew about every part of the community as well as going out her way to help me. I can’t wait to fully move in and call this place home!

Maria was very helpful when I came in on January 12th 2026, the property is really really nice but the apartment units are very tiny. All 2bd are 850 square ft but that’s not where my problem comes in at. I applied and was denied through the complex, reading the fine print on the fee sheet it didn’t say that the admin fee was (non- refundable) it never said that on the paper so I asked maybe 2-3 times while there. After leaving I called Maria to see when I would receive my refundable admin fee back and was told it would be 30-45 days and I would receive a check. Here we are in March and I have yet to receive my $200 back, when I call it’s as if my calls are being screened because nobody answers the phone. If the admin fee isn’t refundable it should definitely say that in the fine print on

I went and toured the apts and they are very beautiful but Maria has told me over a week that I was approved and just waiting on my welcome letter, I literally have to call every day because they did not communicate well and it takes over 20 calls for them to finally answer and I get people are busy but come on. Well I spoke again yesterday to Maria she placed me on hold and another woman answered and told me the same thing I have been approved just waiting on corp for the welcome letter and finally at 6pm Maria emailed me I was denied, I dont see how this company thinks its ok to lie to people and get their hopes up because some people really need the place and on top to apply they charge $275. I basically think they are just wolfs in sheeps clothing here.

The leasing team is great! Maria, Judith and Zack will help with a smooth transition and make you feel at home. Prior to move-in, Maria and the leasing consultants were attentive to any requests or inquiries I had prior to moving in. My moving day was a little chaotic, for personal reasons and decisions. However, Maria and the Yulieth were very patient and understanding with my time and still provided me with a fair move-in process. The original unit i signed up for was not ready on move-in day, however, the leasing team did an exceptional job of accommodating me with a new unit ready to move-in on the same day. Since move-in, the leasing office continues to be move than accommodating to me and has handled all requests in a timely manner. I'm satisfied with this living community and the
