We just closed on our property in Snowflake with Samantha Whitmire. We originally went out in March of 2025 to check which area we wanted to settle in. We chose Snowflake, Show Low, Vernon, etc. We walked into the office and Sam was there. We felt an immediate connection with her. During the next 9 months Sam sent us emails for properties in our size, price range, etc. and responded to properties we asked about. We came back out the day after Christmas and she gave up her whole weekend to show us properties. We made an offer and started the process. Being out of town she handled everything for us. Excellent realtors. They were instrumental in locating a land surveyor so I could reestablish boundary definition of my vacant land. Located in the heart of Snowflake.

Worst renting company possible, they have two young girls who do a good job trying to front for bad owners
