Fairway Manor Apartments

Just moved here it’s very clean and nice inside. Management was so kind and understanding. They did let us know upfront sometimes things can take awhile to get fixed due to so many items being on back order. Covid 19 slows everything down and I can understand.

Really hard-working staff they take really good care of all my needs. I'm treated with positivity and respect. I would highly recommend living there. I've been living there for over 2 years and haven't had a single problem that they couldn't take care of.

I have lived here for almost 10 years and love this place. Neighbors are friendly and the Staff is helpful. Yes some issues have come up over the years but everyone works hard to resolve them as fast as possible.

I was interested in living here but when I could nitvevervget through to the office to get more information I decided to reach out to a friend who previously lived there. I was informed that the office staff is rarely there, which explains why I could never get through. I was also warned not to get involved with these apartments due to their poor property management, lousy maintenance, and flat out lack of care for their residents. Super glad I didnt get involved with such apartments!!

My grandmother has been living here for over a year and they have not fixed her dishwasher in the entire time frame! They’ve been dodging her whenever she calls about her stove that’s broken and at this point I feel like I they are taking advantage of the elderly and those that can’t pester them in action.
