Lisa mckivergin is a selfish lady. I paid rent for a year straight late one time and she decided to give me a 3 day notice. She doesn’t communicate, she’s always out of the country and She is unwilling to work with people when “life happens” not understanding by any means. I guess you have to be a perfect person She claims she has “top tier tenants” but she herself isn’t top tier. She just thinks she’s better than most because she has homes in France and Mexico that she always brings up ( who cares) I lost my job and told her about it the day I found out. ( also raised the rent with no notice) She then sold the home while I was still living in with my children unwilling to work with me.Shes greedy and would not recommend her to anyone! be careful & aware!

Never rent from Lisa McKivergin. Several years ago my former partner and I rented a house from her. Although every rent payment she received came from my bank account, she rarely returned my calls and only communicated with my partner. She falsified a police report saying "I" stole a door out of the basement and was selling it at FindersKeepers. The door I had a finders keepers came out of a house flip and the measurements of the door prove there's no doorway in the basement it could possibly go to. She also ensured we didn't get any of our deposit back, and when my ex said we'd be leaving I had no option to continue renting. She also made sure the renters before us didn't get their deposit back either. And she charged us to remove items that were already in the house when we moved in. SH

This company has the highest professional standards for marketing your house. Our agent staged and photographed our home for the listing, provided a list of useful tips for downsizing and presenting our property to buyers, and kept us on a very brisk schedule that resulted in a quick sale. I can't say enough good things about the agents and staff at the McKivergin Group. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
