Lee is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Though the house is only three years old, he found numerous issues, including one major concern. He saved us from what could have been a major expense.

Lee was referred to us through a previous customer and I see why. He was thorough and generous with his time on a purchase inspection for me. He discussed general and detailed issues during inspection as well as providing a comprehensive report. Other inspections on past purchases did not match his level of knowledge and experience.

Extra praise to his final report that he sent because it was comprehensive, in-depth, and included pictures. This will definitely be a document that I hold on to and will reference for any updates I need to do to our new house.
