RE/MAX SELECT PROPERTIES of FORT LEE

I was supposed to take a tour around a townhouse I was interested with Soon L. Park (Remax: Fort Lee) on Aug. 30th at 12 p.m. I tried calling her at 11 am but she would not pick up at all. We kept texting and calling until it was finally 12, instead of apologizing, she had the audacity to say that she was busy and could not make it and just told us to leave. Not even an apology? Why are we obligated to follow her schedules when we are the clients? Such a pity, I was extremely interested in the rental house.

I would not recommend Remax to anyone I should have checked the rating and the reviews before spending my money with them they never can answer any questions just want your money and give you bad service you will spend 1,900 in reality fees for nothing they are no help they get paid for nothing
