I am a friend of Cindy Rose, who is helping handle her aunts affairs. The aunts home was sold using this realty group. They have done a phenomenal job and should be commended that they were able to get the job done despite vicious attacks from one sister. Please ignore Sharon’s review as everyone, except her, thinks that the realty company handled themselves extremely professionally despite having to deal with a very disturbing and stressful situation! For her to give one star when every rating, except HERS, has been 5 stars is unconscionable, to say the least! Great job team! And thank you!

It came to my attention a few days ago that one of my family members wrote a slanderous review on this website regarding Sarah and Will Huffman. I Have spoken with Sarah several times and she has been very kind, gracious and professional. Sarah and Will were retained to sell my Aunts house. They took on this task on in spite of the fact that it was hoarded, full of mold and rodent infested. Despite that they were able to secure her photos, jewelry and some other items. The vehicles mentioned were 2 broken down motorcycles and an older van. They could not get any buyers for the motorcycles, so they have been keeping them in their garage awaiting instructions from us as to what to do with them…they found a buyer for the van, but could not locate the title..so a friend has the van parked at

I would NEVER recommend this office. I dealt with Sarah and Will Huffman and they are crooks. What they promised, they did NOT do. Every action was fraudulent and I should have sued them but was too drained after the 3 month ordeal, that I decided to just move on. My Aunt lived in her house for over 60 years and They promised that during the clean out, they would sort through the items and preserve the valuables. What we got was a complete insult. Empty jewelry boxes, some random old statements and photos. It made me sick to learn that they had either sold her valuables or thrown sentimental items in a dumpster. They even said they were going to sell 3 vehicles and we have seen zero money for these to date. Our experience was horrible. I can never trust a realtor after this.
