We checked reviews for Matt they were so good we decided to use him for our house hunt. Over a period of a month he took us through 3 homes 1 of which he applied some pressure about us buying despite it needing renovations we weren't willing to incur. Sometime later I left a question message he didn't return my call even though he agreed to keep us apprised of new listings we didn't hear from him again. Out of necessity we found a new agent who remains neutral about our choice of purchase and has also been pleasantly willing to meet us at listings as we are still searching.

When we had to sell our nice house in Martinsburg, I Googled to identify the top agents in the area. Larry DeMarco’s group showed up in the top three. We set out to interview each of the three, but when we walked into Larry’s office and met Becky Moore, we immediately knew we had found the perfect agent. I have been involved in over a dozen house transactions in my life, and have a pretty good idea what we all need in an agent. I can’t recommend Becky and Larry high enough. Becky has experience, energy and contacts. We followed her advice on what to fix up, repair or replace, and she was spot on. The pre-sale expense we put into the house was exactly right; not too much, not too little. Becky has a stable of reasonably-priced go-to guys to haul away trash, paint, perform all levels
