In May 2017 we listed our house in Arrowhead Lakes with Heather and Jeff Rickert . At that time they shared with us that a fair listing price for our property would be $117,000. After doing $5000 in upgrades to ready the property for sale, we decided to list our property for $95,500 (well below their estimation), by our own decision, in order to move the property quickly. We were aware that the garage roof needed replacing, so we decided on a lower listing price. With all in agreement, it was decided that any potential buyers would be made aware of the reason for the low listing price, and that the garage roof would not be a consideration in further price negotiations. During the process of selling the property the septic system came into question, as it was the 40 year old original system
