We used Liberty Homes to build a house between March 2021 and April 2022. When writing this review, I considered things that mattered to me most: Honesty / Integrity, Quality, Speed and Communication. Preamble: A very long lasting project is bound to have issues that come up, if you don't think so... you just have never been involved in a long-term project. My rating for Liberty Homes is 5. My True rating is 4.5 (let me explain) Honesty - Through out my dealing, I fond John / Frank to be honest and honorable in their practices... This is super important. Liberty Homes Custom Builders built my home approximately nine years ago. I can testify that so far everything has stood the test of time. They will work closely with you in the design and planning phase, through the build out and in the long term. You will always have their attention, and never be forgotten, because you will become part of the Liberty family.

Liberty is fantastic. They delivered our home on time through the COVID-19 shutdowns and rescued us from our small NYC apartment. Quite frankly it was remarkable... On top of that we tasked them with a very challenging lot that was adjacent to federally protected wetlands and water features. It was not a problem for John, Frank, and the rest of the liberty team. All in all they were a pleasure to deal with, and are so knowledgeable about the entire process, we cannot wait to build another spec home with them. (Unfortunately we’re going to have to!). We Would also recommend them to close friends and family without even thinking about it. Thank you Liberty!

John was great to work with during the design phase. He was very patient with my wife and me, offering suggestions without being overbearing and answering all of our questions in a thorough and timely manner, John has an in-depth knowledge of building codes, which is critical when designing and building a house,and there were no problems in Liberty getting all permits in a timely manner. The process of working with John from initial discussions thru design to contract was painless. Bernadette worked with my wife during the selection phase (colors, fireplace, floors, cabinets, etc.) and organized the storage of all of the items that we supplied for the build (plumbing and electrical supplies, TV, Lamp Post, etc). I have had the best experience dealing with Liberty Homes. When I asked about good builders in the Poconos everyone at the development offices recommended Liberty as the preferred builder. I found John and his team to be excellent listeners and advisers, and the final product they built is everything I had hoped for. They are simply the best.
