My experience with Re/Max in Sioux Falls, SD was excellent. My agent was Julie Johnson and I would highly recommend her. The word I first think of is TRUST when speaking of Julie. She sold us our home when we moved to Brandon, SD in 2000. When needing to move in summer of 2017, she was the person I called because I totally TRUST her. She made the transition go smoothly. Don Welker decided to come on a Facebook group and start putting me down for making a comment about a newly listed rental property that just got sold. He thinks that living in an $800 a month apartment is not good enough and is beneath him. Would highly not recommending this place if they employ people like that. A quote of his on the page - Don Welker "thankfully i dont rely on your recommendation. I create my own inventory so that is my advantage." Guess he's "that good" of a realtor.

I would not reccomend as they are very judgemental. Also I wanted to hire a realtor from here and she referred me to another. Guess my house didnt make the cut. I found that Key Realtor is alot better more friendly and gets the quotes out to the sellers so they know what there getting. As Remax was very knit picky and wanted me to fix a older home to look new. That I have already flipped.

A joke of a business. I tried to get some information on rentals and leases from these people and they basically blew me off. I wouldn't buy a can of pepsi from these clowns.
