If you knew how they handled your listing you would NEVER list your home with them. When you call about one of their listings they will hand it off to an assistant who knows NOTHING about the listing. The assistant will make comments like "you can find that information online". NO, you should be able to tell me all about the costs of owning the property! I made an offer on one of their listings and the assistant said "Well if they were willing to take that price it would already be listed at that price" HORRIBLE! In their defense, they did call back and apologize. I've been a real estate investor for 35 years and this is one of the worst agency Ive ever dealt with. There are thousands of agents in The Villages...dont use these people.

This Re/Max franchise is part of a larger organization of realtor brokers. Broker-agents and standard agents. I stopped into this location looking for a particular agent after calling, texting and leaving messages with the agent directly and with the office they work from. The agent in question finally returned my call / messages by the very end of the day. In the interim, while I was waiting for multiple realtors to return my calls, I was given a business card to contact and speak with the owner / broker of this Re/Max about a listing. I made the call and left a voice message for the broker Bob Deichman & his wife agent Nancy-Bob Deichman. While waiting for a response from either one I received a text message from Bob's number stating like so "I can't talk to you now" as if he was respond
