RE/MAX of Chico

Vickie Miller was referred to us by friends, and we hired her as our selling agent for a property we owned in Chico. Since we live out of town, coordinating all the preparation was going to be a challenge for us, but Vickie made it so easy. She did such a great job staging the place that both the buyers and us (the sellers) wanted to buy some of her staging furniture. We had an offer at asking price the first day. Even so, she arranged an Open House for back-up offers (which we also got). In the end we sold to the original offer, and all went smoothly. Vickie is a pleasure to work with, and I would do it again!

We recently bought a home and Josephine O'Donoghue was actually the seller's realtor, but she showed such kindness and integrity that I asked her to serve double duty and be our realtor as well. She did a really wonderful job of serving both parties' interests, which can be really tricky. She gave excellent advice, including how to research something on the property at the City of Chico and who might be a great lender. Josephine's experience helped guide us through a smooth, on-time 30-day escrow. We could not be happier with our new house or with Josephine's expert care.

Horrible first time home buying experience. One of their realtors (Marty) is dating their financial lady, which is fine except it interferes with communication and professionalism. They were never on the same page, they would harass us with the text messages and tell us we were late for deadlines, but when we would call our lender to figure out what part we were missing they'd confirm we had completed the needed paperwork, days prior. When my husband called their supervisor, we were ignored. We did all of the footwork, finding the house, showing the house to ourselves and communicating with our lender and then we were gaslit into thinking we were doing something wrong.
