RE/MAX North Country

They were horrible to us 2 out of 3 times. They gave us wrong listing info on a property after we started signing online paperwork with them to do with them just planning to show us a house. Then another time one of their brokers maybe, reached out to us and when we replied they never got back to us.

I would recommend RE/MAX to ANYONE looking to buy a home. We worked with Rachel through our entire home buying experience and she was fantastic. We are first-time home buyers and came into the process blindly, but with Rachel's help and guidance, we found a house that we are confident about. She was patient with us and helped through the whole process. She listened to what our needs were and what made sense for us and helped us find a home that was perfect. 10/10 service! Looked at a house but waited over an hour past our set appointment time. A simple text from the agent would have been appreciated. We understand why no phone calls but a text takes 2 seconds. We live in an age where that would be acceptable.
