Do NOT use Gail Gephardt!! I deal with agents on a daily basis and I have never dealt with a more incompetent agent. She was a listing agent on a property I bought and she should never get another listing. She overpriced the property (obviously does not know how to price a property) and I was the only offer on this property. Never hear that in today's market. To make matters worse they accepted my cash offer with quick close and kept pushing the closing date back. The agent mislead us in text messages and was not transparent. She was rude and needs a lesson in customer service. This review is only concerning Gail Gephardt. I have had all positive experiences in the past from other agents in the office.
