I found a house my family and I absolutely loved, we would have offered whatever it took to get the house. We gave a full price offer and it was the only offer. The listing realtor Stephanie Biggs then showed the house later that evening and had another offer and the sellers took the offer. She did not communicate with my realtor what so ever! Apparently the 6% rather than 3% commission meant more to her than ethical business.
Would not recommend to anyone. From begining to end. Yes I bought my house through them. Found so much stuff wrong with the house after purchase. Go with a more trusted place especially if you're a first time buyer.
Mark Knapp is extremely dishonest, and very difficult to deal with. DO NOT fall for his selling tactics. I recommend any realtor but Mark to buyers and sellers!
Joyce Bremer's group is awesome! I definitely recommend Kim Boessen-Idel as a buyer's agent! We love our new home!
