I was called to follow up on my application. By the way the conversation was going, it made me believe they had a unit in mind for me and I was about to get approval. They asked the weight of my dogs and when I was honest about their weights I was outright denied an apartment after stating I had a housing letter and that they are Service Animals. When I stated that what I was being told didn’t sound “legally correct” I was told they would call me right back. I NEVER received a call back. I provided them with the housing letter. My therapist CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. I have called them several times and their voicemail box is now conveniently full.

The initial application process was very straightforward and clear with the instructions. The apartment itself was truly fantastic bang for buck was worth every single penny also when we had any issues with appliances and or or the ac system, they had someone out to the site and working on it in a very reasonable timeframe and kept us informed on the process start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone

My fiancé and I cleaned the apartment all night and our neighbor witnessed the cleanliness when we were done. They tried to keep our deposit and say I owed them money. My fiancé told the new guy that took over that we have proof and we can go to court. He ended giving us the deposit and said the cleaning peoples said they were at the apartment for 3 hours cleaning. Needless to say, they tried to keep the money, lie about it and when called out and we had proof and their story changed. I will never recommend them to anyone. They thought they can get over on a women but I’m glad my fiancé was there to catch them in their lies and Thievery!!!

The guys that pick up supplies for maintenance are rude and gross. They come into my place of work blowing smoke into my face (there are quite a few no smoking signs) and always have food on their fingers and expect us to touch their tickets covered in nasty food and slobber. They try to steal then threaten our management when we won't let them get away with it.

I have screen shots of them stating on Facebook that they do not accept Service Animals. When I said that was illegal they deleted it but I screen shot it first.
