What a big scam and Liars. I was dealing with an agent named Brandi She proceeded to tell me she is the only agent in her office that does rentals not true.. I found a rental online, agent was listed in as Re/Max smithtown. That was the 1st mistake she told me she's the only agent that does rentals so why is he Joseph renting apartments, Through our phone conversation she was going to contact him and then contact me and in interim I would have to pay 2 real estate fees a month to him and a month to her,,, She said she did not want to bleed me dry really. I could pay a little at a time...They should be splitting one fee, Not trying to scam 2 fees. Don't waste your time with this company find some more mature professional agents

Donald Stirnweis of RE/MAX Smithtown is deceitful and fraudulent. My fianceé and I were involved with him in the potential purchase of the house at 2101 Sound Ave in Baiting Hollow last fall. He volunteered that the electrical and plumbing systems of the house would be fixed to liveable standards and broke his word. He accepted an offer from us, then ILLEGALLY told us he had a bogus, rival offer $10,000 higher in order to bolster his commission. He was at the house trying to fix things while our inspector was trying to do his job. He tried to pass of the decommissioning of an underground oil tank to us, which could potentially $5,000 dollars and is STRICTLY the seller's responsibility. When our home inspection yielded renovation costs, he altered the home listing online to 'as is' WEEKS AF

They helped me get my house 3 years ago now. It's a stressful thing buying your forst house, it's nice to have someone that knows what they are talking about in your corner.
