They showed us some properties we'd found online, but none lived up to our expectations. When we told Missy and Richard Lloyd what we envisioned, they said they had a place but it was a little out of the price limit we'd set. We looked at it and it was perfect! Had everything we wanted. Now we are here, enjoying our new place in the N. GA. mountains. We could not have been any happier with our experience with Hiawassee Realty. Very nice folks.

Excellent realtor. She understood the market and also our needs and expectations. She was with us every step of the way. Listed our house with many venues. Have already recommended her to others.

As a seller we have been lied to and bashed.Very unprofessional.Have been told by several people that a realtor could loose their license for what was done to us!!!A lawsuit may even be in order.Be professional! If you have an issue confront the seller and let them know! Code of ethics!!!Use it!!!

Bill Herold was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.
