Hiawassee Apartments

I have lived at this location for several years and have had an excellent experience here. The apartments are in an ideal location, (practically in the middle of town) within walking distance of Ingles, Walgreens, and several fast food restaurants. Connie, the property manager, is friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to work with me. Any maintenance issues I've had, depending on the nature of the issue, have sometimes been dealt with immediately, and if not, always within a reasonable amount of time. Management is also easily to reach 24/7, and any messages I've left have always been returned. The only thing I would change here is the driveway, which has developed a few potholes over time. Otherwise, the outside is kept beautifully maintained and nicely manicured. Also, the view
