I am new to the area and starting to look at homes. I noticed a home for sale on the same street that I looked at another one I liked, but it said contingent. So, I called Todd's office and left a message to find out if they were accepting back up offers. This market is crazy, and I was trying to be proactive. Instead of getting a phone call to see how he could be of help , I received a text message that said, "it's a solid deal, stop calling me."
