My realtor was Zach Dillon and he was outstanding! We went a total of 19 days on the market to sold and we are moving into our dream home (also listed by Blue Marlin). I cannot stress enough that Zach is amazing. He knows the area and will listen to what you want/need. He advised us every step of the way about what he was doing and why. I can't say enough about how well our experience was It's well above five stars, 10 Stars. Valerie Vega-Cabral was such a pleasure to work with. She was completely on top of everything we needed and even was a step ahead of us to make sure that appointments were coordinated the home she showed us were excellent.We are in our dream home now. She is such a professional as far as real estate agents go heads above anyone we've ever met in the last 20 years. Blue Marlin real estate is all about their clients and customers customer service understanding the need and what the customer or client wants not as many real estate agents do just take you to some place to show you a house.
