We recently purchased a second home in Scottsdale. We were fortunate enough to work with Joe Sisneros for our purchase. Before we found the perfect home, he made countless trips to look at houses, took videos and gave his expert opinion on the houses we were interested in. When we finally decided to make an offer, we had to do it long distance. Joe was so helpful thru the inspection process. He was on-site for the inspections and represented us to get the repairs done on the house. It was a quick sale and the Sellers didn't get all the repairs done by closing but he made sure they got done. He even covered the cost of a few of the repairs himself. He also, at his cost, put in an electronic lock on our front and back doors so that we can open the house long-distance for any contract
