Sue Baker was the Christmas tree and I was the selfie. We helped Santa this year at RMDS spread the annual Christmas cheer. It was so much fun.

Emailed the agent twice to take my property off market no response, I emailed his supervisor same thing no response, I guess they do whatever the hell they want here. zero professionalism

My agent was on point through the entire process from the initial walk through to the final closing today. My home is exactly what my family needs. We'll be moving into a wonderful neighborhood with beautiful homes, low crime rates and a prestigious school district. Thanks again Mr. Sebastian you rock!

Horrible service. The agent Omar Al-Tememe represented the buyers who were purchasing our home. He was uncommunicative, and unethical. We extended the contract twice to help his buyers get to closing, and then withdrew the contract the day of closing. He had his buyers sign the termination of the contract but not the release of earnest money. He is unfortunately the stereotypical realtor that you never want to have to deal with.

We went through Debi DuBord to purchase her home as she was the listing agent and the home owner. We had a 7 day option contract and backed out before it expired because of foundation issues in the house. She is a now refusing to give us our $3500 Earnest money back and saying we did not have an option contract even though it is in our contract! She declined the idea of direct deposit to her account for the $200 option check. She wanted it mailed out to her home address (and now I know why!). She did not cash the $200 check that was mailed to her. She is a liar and a thief. We will have to get a lawyer for this awful experience with Debi DuBord. I hope this lady gets her license revoked.
