I would give this zero stars if I could. These agents, even the owner, will not communicate with you unless you tell them you would like a different agent because of bad communication. Then, when you request a new agent the owner who I think is Tammy(she called me once, briefly) told me she would handle the purchase of our home. I never got the approved contract from the seller's because the agent(or owner of this remax location at this point) never sent it to us! Do not use these people. We were a cash offer and would have been able to close fast. They lost this sale and I hope they lose their business. Maybe then they will be responsive. My contract termination lists my agent(s) at this locations lack of communication with us as the reason the contract was terminated! I had to contact
