Called to inquire about setting up an appointment for a loan. Within the first few minutes, the lender by the name of Mario Hart tone was sarcastic and dismissive. When I asked clarifying questions about requirements, I received condescending responses rather than professional guidance. As a potential client discussing a major financial decision, I expected better customer service and professionalism. I chose to move forward with another lender.
