One of their agents, Deborah Beaver, Harassed us for the duration of our vacation cause she wanted a shed moved from a clients property immediately despite us being several hundred miles away and didn't have the professional courtesy to wait 3 days for us to return. She stated that it was a building sold by the company we work for and was an 8x12. Not only was it NOT a building that company sold, but it was ALSO a 12x14. She called the salesman repeatedly harassing him cause she couldn't seem to wait 3 days! Would highly recommend a different agency!

Vonda Lacey was probably one of our least favorite realtors. Since we've been looking in different cities, we've contacted a few different realtors for showings. She was pretty snappy when answering the phone, and seemed bothered to even be contacted. When viewing the house, her attitude wasn't much better. 😕

A word they say can't be trusted. I bought a house last year and they rubbed me bad. They had the house as a miracle house and people living in the house had 2 kids, I assumed ok one of them probably had problems, my heart tried to do something good and go over what I had plan for to help the family with paying them more,but guess what it's a lie, this is something remax does to rubbe people by putting miracle house on anything they want. Sellers realator which was trough remax told my realtor that I don't need to get inspection for the house because the house has warranty and if anything happens to the house as long as it's listed in my contract they come and fix it, but guess what that is another lie. Since I don't have any proof things were functional by the date of closing warranty d

FYI Remax of Waynesboro is bad business real estate agent Melinda Craig don’t deal with her you’ll be sorry. She gave the clients a key to my house they move their furniture and sit there for two months because they had nowhere else to put it! This was the most awful real estate exchange that I have ever done and I’ve done several in the last few years just beware make sure you tape record everything!!
