RE/MAX Accent

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible communication. I fulfilled my lease agreement and moved out completely. Then Remax made a withdrawal from my bank account after I was completely moved out and lease agreement was fulfilled. Now they won’t issue an immediate refund and the money they took was the money I was supposed to pay my new rent with. I’ve called so many times and they won’t answer the phone. The lady via text is simply saying you’ll get it when you get it. This is the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve had with the Property Management company.

I put in an application 2 weeks ago! Never heard nothing back from anyone and that says alot! I am big on communication so for them to not contact me in regards to my application is a joke. I even called still nothing! I read the reviews a little too late but yes it seems as if all they care about is collecting application fees! But hey if you want to just give away your hard earned money apply with Remax! Seriously I do not recommend!!!!!

The Drew Doheny team at ReMax Accent did a fantastic job for us while we rented a home from them for the last two years in Richmond Hill!!! Anytime a work order was submitted, for normal things that happen in any home, they were quick to get them handled! Every time I had any kind of communication with somebody from the team it was a pleasure to talk with them. We did out move-out walk through last week, and it went just as smoothly! I would highly recommend anybody interested in leasing in the area, to contact them first!!!

WORST experience ever! Drew Doheny and his team are nowhere to be found and don’t get me started with WFH Stella ( you can leave 100 voice messages. Good luck ) The rental home had not been cleaned before the move-in, apparently had been freshly ‘painted’ which is far from the truth, but at move-out they charge you for everything in the book. Almost a month after moving out they are contacting me to find out what the mailbox number is, for a home they’re renting out!?!? I recommend more training and better organization for Drew and his team.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The property was filthy. left unlocked with the keys sitting out, and completely unprepared for move in. The door knob fell off, the toilet seat had urine on it, what appeared to be pubic hair covered the bathroom floor, the kitchen drawers were disgusting, and the vents looked like they had mold. The HVAC filters were filthy, and several lights in the kitchen didn't even work. Management did absolutely nothing except replace the air filters and dismiss my concerns with a condescending "Sorry it wasn't cleaned to your standards." I had to spend money and my weekend cleaning a place they claimed was "professionally" cleaned, which clearly was a lie.Also, that rental property was not in the best condition.
